The room was silent and clean included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a mini fridge bar. Need to add that garden view was a good bonus...

Incredibly beautiful and magnificent place with clean facilities. The really friendly and amicable staff and their quick responses to my needs. A nice restaurant for breakfast. Simply no complaints whatsoever, really really nice stay.

I do not recommend this hotel at all as it was my worst experience with hotel. No water supply in room for days, very poor breakfast (you can consider no food) very dengoures place for family. So noisy place.

Friendly stuff that speak English very well.
Very very small rooms. There are a lot of noisy bars at the street on the front of the hotel that made a lot of noise till 04.00. They did not clean my room every day. The worse breakfast I ever had.

The staff at Grand Hotel Palmiye went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were always willing to assist and provide excellent service. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, making us feel comfortable throughout our visit.
